Our mission is to provide compassionate, cost-effective care that empowers individuals to maintain their independence and continue living comfortably in their own homes.
Perpetual Care LLC is proud to be a member of the Perpetua and Adala Group of Companies. Since our founding in 2013, much has changed—but our core mission has remained constant: to deliver exceptional care to the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill, with a special focus on those at risk of hospitalization or institutionalization.
We began by serving clients in rehabilitation centers, and as demand for our services grew, we expanded to provide in-home personal care. In 2016, we refined our strategic focus to deepen our impact within the communities we already serve. Today, Perpetual Care LLC provides personal care services to more than 42,000 patients and delivers home health and hospice care to over 3,600 individuals across the state.
Through every stage of our growth, our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care remains at the heart of everything we do.
